Exfoliation is one of the quickest ways to achieve a healthy glow to the face and body. By removing the surface layer of dead skin cells, you increase circulation and the skin becomes healthier, leaving a healthy, shiny glow.

Natural Facial Scrubs;

Why? They are used to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin and help dislodge clogging of the skin including blackheads and white heads. The removal of surface skin cells and the stimulation of circulation will encourage cellular renewal and allow for the better absorption of active ingredients in masks and moisturiser. They should be used once a week, because overuse can damage the skin.

How to use; Before applying the scrub, open your pores by steaming your face with a cloth wrung out with hot water. Massage in circular motion a small quantity of scrub over a damp face and then rinse of with warm water. Apply a skin tonic when finished and follow with a beauty mask.

Facial Scrubs rely on a combination of coarse ingredients and moist ingredients combined to make a rough paste. Your skin type, dry, oily or sensitive, determines which ingredients are best to use.
